Happy Birthday for ChatGPT has no accounts.

Each player uses an anonymous session (random ID) that stores the last song request and playback status. Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
Birthdays you save (a first name and date) and your song order are stored against an anonymous, hashed ChatGPT user identifier so they are there next time. Ask to delete a birthday at any time.
Your timezone may be received from ChatGPT to announce birthdays on the right day.
The player does not use your microphone or camera. Request logs contain status codes and durations only.
